Ryan A. Sage

Ryan’s career in the electrical industry began with an apprenticeship through the IBEW, where he worked for Sasco Systems and Mott Electric. After completing his four-year apprenticeship and earning his certification as a Red Seal Electrician, Ryan spent the next six years serving as a journeyman and foreman, handling various Industrial, Institutional, Commercial, and Residential projects in British Columbia. Seeking to expand his knowledge of the construction industry, Ryan transitioned to the estimating and quotations department of an electrical distributor for three years, managing and quoting electrical projects. He then moved to an account manager position for 11 years, where he became the top salesperson in Western Canada. Ryan joined KEL Design & Procurement Corp. as a partner in 2018 and has served as the President and managing partner since 2021.

Jason Kennedy

Jason completed a Marketing Management diploma at BCIT and began his career in electrical distribution. He quickly transitioned to electrical contracting and has spent the past twenty years working on commercial and industrial projects in British Columbia, Alberta, and Manitoba. During this time, he partnered with two firms in Greater Vancouver and was responsible for designing and constructing several noteworthy structures, including those at the Vancouver Wharves, YVR, and Science World. In 2016, Jason founded KEL Consulting to provide value engineering services to electrical engineers, project and construction managers, architects, and interior design firms. In 2018, Ryan Sage joined as a partner and KEL Design & Procurement Corp. was established, offering an expanded range of consulting services such as lighting design and equipment procurement.
