We not only provide cost consulting services for use when planning and budgeting your project, we also offer design services for areas not typically covered by your electrical engineer. Through close collaboration with our clients and suppliers we look to provide accurate budgeting and help deliver the project at or under budget through our partnerships and procurement options.

Design
Complete design for lighting & lighting controls.
Procurement
- Transparent pricing for sign off
- Approval drawing process
- Comprehensive tracking and updates
- Provide staging and labeling for all cartons and pallets
- Store at one of KEL’s warehouses until the site is ready
- Deliver the product to the site
- Meet the GC and EC on site to discuss the lighting and install
- Replace any damaged or deficient products and or parts
- Conduct a final site review
